How do I know which service is right for my hair type?
Leave it to the experts. Once you’re connected with one of our stylists, we’ll guide you through a personalized consultation, either in person or via text, to determine the best service for your hair, along with a clear estimate on pricing.
Can I reschedule after I’ve booked?
Absolutely. You can do so directly through the stylist’s booking app, or feel free to send us a text if that’s easier. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the slot to another guest, and to avoid a cancellation fee.
Which products do you use during services?
We proudly use top-tier color lines to create a fully customized look tailored to you. Our color offerings include L’Oréal Professionnel, R+Color, and Redken. For styling, we reach for RŌZ and R+Co.
To complete your service, we also offer conditioning treatments designed to leave your hair feeling soft, healthy, and refreshed, especially after color.
