During online checkout, you’ll complete a quick questionnaire about your hair’s length, texture, and goals. A stylist then reviews your answers and confirms the best service—or suggests a tailored alternative—before your appointment.
Can I reschedule after I’ve booked?
Absolutely. Simply log into your account, choose “Manage Appointment,” and pick a new time. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the slot to another guest.
Which products do you use during services?
We partner with professional, cruelty-free brands known for high performance and gentle formulations. Your stylist will customize each product to suit your hair’s specific needs and can recommend take-home options if you’d like.
